c6777's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
c6777 believes entertainment is only enjoyable when it stays within limits. We are committed to ensuring a safe, informed, and healthy gaming environment for you.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming is a recreational activity that brings genuine enjoyment when approached with the right mindset and planning. But when gaming becomes a habit that starts to have a negative impact on family life, work, or financial stability, that is a warning sign. At c6777, we want every player to enjoy gaming consciously, with enjoyment, and within their own limits.
Responsible gaming does not just mean controlling yourself — it means keeping gaming as a balanced part of your life, where you invest your time, money, and mental energy wisely. c6777 stands by you in this responsibility — with support tools, information, and 24/7 support.
Signs of Healthy Gaming Habits
- Treating gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Staying within a set budget and not chasing losses.
- Respecting time limits and prioritising family and social life.
- Not using gaming to cope with stress or sadness.
- Taking breaks when needed and seeking help when necessary.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the following signs apply to you, it is important to take a break and seek help:
- Gaming with borrowed money or by spending savings.
- Placing increasingly larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
- Lying about or hiding your gaming activity.
- Spending time gaming while avoiding family and friends.
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming.
- Gaming causing harm to your work or studies.
If you notice these signs, please contact our support team. c6777's live chat and email support are available 24/7. We assist in both Bengali and English and keep your identity confidential.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to prevent overspending. At c6777 you can reduce this limit at any time — increasing it requires a waiting period.
Time Limits & Breaks
Set session time limits to avoid continuous gaming. Once the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you and suggest taking a break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break from gaming, use self-exclusion. This temporarily suspends your account for a set period.
Bet Limit
Set a maximum bet amount per session or per day. If you exceed this limit, the system will notify you immediately.
24/7 Support
c6777's support team is active around the clock. Contact us via live chat or at [email protected] — in Bengali or English — for any concerns.
Age Verification System
c6777 follows a strict age verification process. There is no way for anyone under 21 to create or operate an account — this is our non-negotiable policy.
How to Use the Tools
Deposit Limit
You can set a deposit limit at any time from your account settings at c6777. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. If you want to reduce your limit, it takes effect immediately. To increase your limit, contact our support team — a security waiting period applies.
Time-out
Use the time-out feature for short breaks. Your account will be paused from gaming for a set period. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets, but your account and balance will remain completely safe.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most effective option for a long-term break. Once activated, no gaming activity can take place on your account for the set duration. Self-exclusion cannot be cancelled before the period ends — this is for your protection. Contact the support team to activate self-exclusion.
Gaming History Review
Your full history of deposits, withdrawals, and bets is available on your account dashboard. Review this history regularly — it will keep you aware of your own gaming habits and help you avoid unnecessary spending.
Closing Your Account
If you want to stop gaming entirely, let c6777's support team know and your account will be permanently closed. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
Age Restrictions & Family Protection
c6777 is for players aged 21 and above only. This is not a flexible policy — we verify age strictly and there is no way for anyone underage to create or use an account.
If there are underage members in your household, please use parental control software on your device and keep your c6777 account password private. Never give anyone else access to your account.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory at the time of account registration and before withdrawals. It is not possible to create an account if you are under 21.
Account Security
Use a strong password and do not leave your account open in front of others after logging in. Keep two-factor authentication enabled.
Family Safety
If there are children or teenagers in your household, activate parental controls on your device to prevent them from accessing gaming sites.
Talk to Your Family
Have an open conversation with your family about gaming. If something feels like a problem, seek help from someone close to you — do not try to handle it alone.
Where to Get Help?
Gaming problems are a real and serious health concern. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of courage. c6777 is always ready to stand by you.
Live Chat Support
c6777's live chat offers 24/7 support in both Bengali and English. Chat with us for any questions related to responsible gaming.
Email Support

Assess Yourself Honestly
Ask yourself from time to time:
- Have I spent more time or money on gaming this past month than I planned?
- Are my family or friends concerned about my gaming?
- Is gaming affecting my work, sleep, or relationships?
- Am I placing larger bets to try to win back money I have lost?
If the answer to even one of these questions is "yes", pause for a moment and talk to us. We are ready to help you without any judgement.
Remember — gaming is a form of entertainment. At c6777 we want you to enjoy gaming in a healthy and enjoyable way. Before every deposit and every bet, ask yourself once: "Is this within my budget?"
